Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Once processed, your returned item(s) will be refunded. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For the return or exchange of Sparklivo products purchased from any other authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

Returns Process (Excluding Promotional Periods)

To initiate a return, please contact JayLorayne0642@hotmail.com to request your return label. Include your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return, and we will provide further instructions upon receipt of your email.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to JayLorayne0642@hotmail.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Missing Items
